Return Process

1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 72 hours of shipping with your order number and photos/videos of the defect
2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible
3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging with all accessories
4. Inspection: We will inspect the returned item upon receipt
5. Resolution: Once approved, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable

Refunds and Replacements

For approved returns of defective items:

• Refund: Full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Replacement: We can provide a replacement item if available (subject to stock availability)
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective items
